[Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, February 9 At a meeting of the New Zealand Swimming Council the following times were approved as New Zealand records ; G. Low (Canterbury), 100 metres back-stroke, 73 2-ssec; 150yds backstroke. Imin 46 3-ssec. N. Crump (Aucskland), 440yds, oniin 14 4-ssec; 220yds, 2min 22 3-ssec. Miss C. Lynch (Southland), 50yds junior girls’ breast-stroke, 41sec.
