NEW SOUTH WALES GOVERNMENT GENEROUS ADVANCES Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 7. The State Government has decided to embark upon an extensive home building scheme in the Sydney suburbs and country centres. To enable homes to be erected by contract the Rural Bank will advance to home builders <5 per cent, of the value of the security, repayable in thirty years. The Government will advance a further 10 per cent., repayable in ten years. The interest charges, in both cases will not exceed 5 per cent. Advances will be limited to homes of the value of £I,OOO.
