ALLEGED SPIES
ARRESTED AT BARCELONA Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. BARCELONA, February 7. (Received February 8, at 12.45 p.m.) An Englishman, a German, an Italian, and a Spaniard, allegedly important international spies engaged in mapping and photographing the Catalan coast and the Balearic Islands, were arrested on a yacht at Barcelona, and are being detained in solitary confinement. The police are understood to have seized documents containing diplomatic references, allegedly compromising high military and naval interests.
