As a sequel to the recent police raid in the Dunsdale district, William Alexander M'Rae and his son, William Robertson M‘Rae. were each charged at Invercargill with being concerned in unlawfully making spirits, Al'Rae, sen., was further charged with being the person on whose place a still suitable for distilling was found. The accused pleaded not guilty to all charges and the case was adjourned till February 16.
