UNLOADING COMPLETED JACOB RUPPERT RETURNING TO NEW ZEALAND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright* NEW YORK, February 7. (Received February 8, at 2, p.m.) The Jacob Ruppert has completed unloading at the Bay of Whales, and is ready to leave to-morrow' for New Zealand, returning in December or; January next. The work of transporting the stores to Little America will proceed by dog and tractor teams. The weather has been pleasant, but now it lias turned cold. The edges of the barrier ice are constantly breaking off.
