RUAWARD MURDERS
TRUE BILL RETURNED [Peb United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, February 7. A true bill was returned by tha grand jury which considered the double murder charge against William Alfred Bayly. No decision has been reached as to when his trial will begin, and no intimation has been received by the Crown solicitor, or the registrar of the court, as to whether the defence proposes to apply for a change of venue, ot; how Jong it will be before the preparaj tion of the defence is completed. TH» case has been formally set down for, hearing at the Supreme Court session,' which opened yesterday, but it is expected that an application will be made for a special fixture.
