Prince of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of York,” was a notice quoted in the Chancery Division of the High Court to-day. Mr Justice Clauson granted an injunction preventing “ Professor ” Lisle and S. M. Lipman from using the names of members of the Royal Family without authorisation. The action wns brought by tho Royal Warrant Holders’ Association by authority of the Lord Chamberlain. Counsel said that defendants’ premises in Oxford street contained a notice, reading: “Come and sec what interested the Queen,” under which was a collection of toy ducks, described as “ Supplied by the Queen for Princess Elizabeth.”-
