Allsop, for Lyttelton. Holm glen, m.s. (6.20 p.m.), 432 tons, Mead, for Port Waikato via ports. Calm, s.s. (6.30 p.m.), 891 tons, M'Kenzie, for Wanganui via ports. Kini, s.s. (6.40 p.m.), 1 ; 388 tons, Collins, for New Plymouth via ports. COASTWISE MOVEMENTS. Calm, arrived yesterday morning and sailed last evening for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. Kini, sailed last night for Oainaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth. Holmglen sailed last night fqr Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, New Plymouth, and Port Waikato. Holmdale, arrived shortly after midnight from Oamaru, and is to sail tonight for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. John, due from Wellington on Monday, and is to sail for Port Waikato via ports on the same day. Wingatui, arrived from Bluff early this afternoon. She is to sail at 9 p.m. for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. Totara, left Westport on Sunday, and is due at Port Chalmers to-morrow. She will come up to Dunedin on Thursday to load and sail on the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and New Plymouth. .Waipiata, is to leave Wellington tonight for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is due on Thursday, and is to sail for the south on the same day. Returning to Dunedin on Monday, she will load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Picton, Wellington, and Auckland. Poolta, is to load at Dunedin on Tuesday for Welligton, Napier. Gisborne, and Tauranga via Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton. Storm, arrived from Bluff early this afternoon, and is to sail to-night for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. Gale, is due on February 5 from Wellington, and is to sail on the same day for the north. Breeze, from Glasgow, after discharging 250 tons of wattle hark yesterday, sailed for Lyttelton last night. ASHBURTON SAILS. The motor vessel Ashburton, which arrived on Saturday to discharge American cargo, sailed yesterday for Brisbane and Sydney to complete unloading. WAIKOUAITI FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company advises that the Waikouaiti is to leave Sydney for Bluff on Thursday. She will subsequently procee dto Dunedin, Timaru. and Lyttelton. She is due at Dunedin on February 7. MATAI’S. MOVEMENTS. The Government steamer Matai arrived in the Hauraki Gulf from East Coast lighthouses on Wednesday, and attended to buoys and beacons in the gulf. She arrived at Auckland on Friday afternoon, and will remain till next Thursday, when she will sail for northern lighthouses. HUNTINGDON TO-MORROW. The Huntingdon is due at Port Chalmers to-morrow to commence Homeward loading. She will later proceed to Napier, Gisborne, Auckland, Wellington, and Bluff to complete, leaving- the latter port on February 24 for London. It is expected she will reach her destination, on. April 6,

INTERISLAND SERVICE. The interisland express steamer Rangatira arrived at Lyttelton from Wellington at 6.45 a.m. to-day. Passengers and mails for the south connected with the express. PORT DENNISON’S PROGRESS. Having left Port Chalmers on January 6 for London, the Port Dennison cleared Montevideo on the afternoon of January 25. HERTFORD THROUGH PANAMA. Word has been received that the Hertford, en route from Lyttelton to London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow, passed through the Panama Canal on January 20. BENCRUACHAN FOR NEW ZEALAND. The Benoruachan left Middlesbrough on January 16 in ballast for Port Kembla, where she will coal.
