EX-KAISER'S BIRTHDAY NAZIS SEND NO MESSAGE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 28; (Received January 29, at 8.35 a.m.) The ex-Kaiser, at Doom, entertained friends at dinner on his birthday, but omitted the customary entertainments as formerly.
