REVISION OF TREATY DESIRED PARITY CONSIDERED NECESSARY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. TOKIO, January 27. Replying to interpellations in the Diet, the Minister for the Navy said that Japan intends to serve notice on the Powers within a year demanding a change in the ratios of the Washington and London Treaties, considering parity necessary for the purposes of defence.
