BABY GIRL SCALDED. A two and a-half year old - girl,' Valdai Groves, pulled a kettle of hot water offi the range at her parents’ home, 15 Hall street, last night, receiving scalds on the body. She was taken to the hospital at 8.40. LEFT WRIST INJURED. Consequent on putting his hand through a pane of glass late last night,Emmett Hussey, married, residing at lit Market street, injured his left wrist, and was admitted to the hospital at 1.45 this morning. A BOY ELECTROCUTED. Noel Augustine Smith, aged ten, a’ son of Augustine Smith, of South street, climbed on to the roof of his parents’ house at 11 o’clock this morning, and came in contact with an electrical lead-in and was electrocuted, death having ensued some time before' the body was discovered on the rool with the boy’s hand gripping an electric wire.—Blenheim Press Association.
