ANUHER YEAR IN OFFICE SUB-COMMITTEE TO REPORT ON PLEBISCITE. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, January 17. The British chairman (Mr Geoffrey Knox) and other members of the League Commission in the Saar have already been confirmed in their offices for 'an additional year. It is understood that the League Council will consider the proposal to appoint a • small subcommittee of five members to_ collaborate with hte governing commission with regard to the plebiscite and report to the next meeting of-the conncil. It is thought probable that Signor Aloisi, of Italy, rapporteur to the, council,on the subject,'will act as chairman of the sub-committee. - PERSONNEL OF COMMITTEE SUGGESTED MR BRUCE INCLUDED. GENEVA, January 18. (Received January 19, at 8.40 a.m.) It is understood that a committee of three, consisting of Mr Stanley Bruce and the Italian and Argentine representatives, will be appointed to consider the conditions of the Saar plebiscite.
