THE AMERICAN BILL Praia Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, January 13. President Roosevelt signed the Liquor Tax Bill, which is expected to yield 627,000,000 dollars per annum, including 160,000,000 dollars from the beer tax.
