'lt is considered practically certain that the necessity for divisions in the Takapnna Plate will be obviated. In addition to Grand Sport and Queen Nona, who were withdrawn on Monday, Hr own Lap was scratched at 11.15 pan. yesterday and Limbohm at 4.35 pan. This ' brings the number of horses reclaming to twenty-seven, and there is reason to expect at least four more withdrawals, thus reducing the field to the safety limit of twenty-three.
