WRECK TRAIN AND FIRE DN PASSENGERS HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE BELIEVED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, SHANGHAI, November 27. (Received November 28, at 11 a.m.) A daring outrage was perpetrated by bandits forty miles east of Tsitsiliar on Sunday night. The bandits unbolted the rails on the Trans-Siberian Railway, and an express train, when travelling at fifty miles an hour, somersaulted down an embankment. The bandits then opened fire on the passengers, who sought to escape from the wrecked train. A Japanese guard happened to be travelling on the train, and returned the fire, the bandits fleeing. Several passengers were taken captive. The Japanese lost two killed and several wounded. It is believed that many persons were killed and injured iu the wreck.
