INCOME TAX REDUCED NOW FOURPENCE IN THE POUND. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, November 27. (Received November 28, at 11.10 a.m.) Jersey is again a paradise in this much-taxed world. Tho income tax is being reduced from 6d to 4d _in tho pound, and the tea duty of 3d is being abolished. Guernsey also shows a surplus on a lOd income tax.
