PEER’S BANKRUPTCY

SEQUEL TO EXTRAVAGANCE APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE. LONDON, November 4. When an application for the discharge from bankruptcy of Lord Richard Nevill, brother of the Marquess of Abergavenny, and formerly Chamberlain to Lord Denman and Lord Dudley in Australia, was x made to-day it was stated that his creditors would receive about 3s 6d in the pound. There had been eighteen previous bankruptcy petitions and all' had been settled.

The registrar said there was no suggestion against the debtor’s conduct except extravagance. The discharge would be suspended for three months.
