(Received November 15, at 10 a.m.) A heavy earthquake of almost major proportions rocked the city on Tuesday morning. Thousands rushed into the streets. Only minor damage was done at Valparaiso. Dozens of smaller cities and villages were also shaken. FELT IN ARGENTINA BUENOS AIRES, November 14. (Received November 15, at 10 a.m.) A violent earthquake rocked the Mandoza and San Juan provinces.
