CHOPIN RECITAL

Mr. Frederick Moore, F.11.A.M., will give a Chopin recital in the Concert Chamber of the Town Tall on Saturday next. Chopin created noble and beautiful melodies, imaginative and powerful. The themes of the nocturnes, the polonaises, the ballads, and the sonatas, the poise, variety, and nobility of the melodic line show him as n great master. Mr Frederick Moore will honour his home town by giving his services in this recital of Chopin s works. As an interpreter of Chopin Mr Moore is superb. Mr Moore’s international standing as a composer and pianist should attract a large attendance, and as the entire proceeds will be devoted _to the mayor’s fund for Christinas cheer for the children of the unemployed, whole-hearted support is desired. Special concessions to groups of students will be granted. Bookings at Beggs’.
