REVOLT SPREADING
TROUBLE IN SIAM NAVY JOINS REBELS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SINGAPORE, October 16. Passengers from Bangkok report that the revolt is spreading. The navy has gone over to the rebels, who are in possession of the arsenal, therefore the Government has no ammunition beyond the small present stocks.
