The Wanganui Jockey Club has decided, owing to the paucity of support for tho Okehu Hurdles, to alter the order of tho events at the spring meeting, making tho hurdle race first each day. Thursday’s racing will be opened at 12.15 with the hurdles, followed by the juvenile parade and Maiden Race. On Saturday the Hurdle Race will be started at 11.45, and will be followed by tho Debutante Stakes.
