SWEET AND CLEAN
A tooth-brush should not be allowed to remain dry when not in use; the best plan is to keep the brush in a weak solution of disinfectant. Tho tumbler is filled with water, and a small crystal of potassium permanganate is added; then the tooth-brush is sweet and clean A dirty tooth-brush will infect the gums, and is worse than no tooth-brush at all. You must make a definite rule about your hair-brushes. Choose the aost convenient day in the week, and make up your mind that on that day vou will wash your hair-brush or die in the attempt. The scalp is not easy to Keep clean and free from dust. It must be Brushed frequently, and the hair must e well brushed every day, but the brush must be spotlessly clean.
