(Received September 16, at 10 a.m.) With holiday pomp, which citizens scarcely noticed, General Goering inaugurated the now Prussian State Council, supplanting Parliament, over which General Goering recited a virtual funeral oration. “It was a system,” he said, “ with cowardly promises,” which both in 1862 and 1912 refused to vote the army Budget, directly causing Germany’s defeats. Ho announced that Herr Hitler had decreed that tho new Prussian flag would be the Swastika joined with the Prussian Eagle.
