INDIA AND JAPAN DELEGATION ARRIVES AT CALCUTTA Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA, September 14. (Received September 15, at 10.5 a.m.) The members of the Japanese trade delegation to India, headed by His Excellency Sotsnzo Sawada, Minister Plenipotentiary, arrived at Calcutta and received a cordial reception from the Japanese community. They are now en route to Simla to begin discussions on the trade war and dumping.
