A rate of lid in the pound (£) of the annual rateable value of all rateable property in the Dunedin Drainage and Sewerage District will be struck as security for the loan. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called* upon to submit the same in writing to the Dunedin Drainage and Sewerage Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
