BRITISH ASSOCIATION'S MEETINGS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 6. (Received September 7, at noon.) Scientists from all over Britain and many foreign countries are assembling at Leicester for the meetings of the British Association, which will begin there to-morrow. Among the discussions of special interest on the proframme, which deals with almost every ranch of. science, will be one on the transmission of atoms, to be opened by. Lord Rutherford.
