GODFREY.—On September 5, 1933, at his residence, 224 Castle street, Thomas, dearly loved husband of Sarah (Sissio) Godfrey, •and son of the late Thomas Godfrey, of Pino Hill; aged 64. Sadly missed. The Funeral will leave 224 Castle street on Thursday, the 7th inst., at 3 p.m., for the Northern Cemetery.—Hugh Gourley Ltd., undertakers ‘
MEDLIN.—On September 6th, 1933, at the residence of his son, H. Medlin, 115 Frederick street, James, beloved husband of tho late Margaret Medlin, of North-east Valley; aged 84 years. Private interment. No flowers, by request.—R. M'Lean and Son, undertakers. ' SMART.—On September 3, 1933, at Invercargill (result of an accident), Stanhope Sherwill, husband of Beatrice Eleanor Smart, and only son of the late Robert B. Smart (Deputy-superintendent, Survey of India) and Mrs A. H. Smart (26 Nicholson street, Dunedin).
