PROPOSED VISIT OF AUSTRALIA# TEAM . r (Per Usmtej Press Association,! WELLINGTON, September 4. If a team of amateur athletes visits New Zealand nest year, plenty of good men should be available, according to advice received by the Council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association to-night. Mr E. S. Marfis, representative of the New Zealand Amateur Athletb Association in Australia, wrote stating that it rvould be impossible for Metcalfe to visit the dominion before the middle of February, but, no doubt, be would be able to make the trip about that time. Any of the following, if available, would be found to be class athletes;—J. P. Metcalfe, F. J. WoodLouse, J. S, Horsfall, G. A. Golding, T. N. Irwin, A. J. Watson, D. F. M'Hardy, E. W. Banvick, and T, I’. Hainpson.
