Mr Levvey, S.M., reconsidered his decision in the case of a married woman with five children whom he sentenced to a month for shop-lifting and admitted accused to probation for a year. The Magistrate said he was under the impression that the youngest child was sixteen, but in view of the fact that several were of tender years the court would take a milder view, which might meet the full merits of the case.
