(Received September 1, at 1.5 a.m.) The ‘ Financial News,’ mentioning the visit of Mr J. 0- Allum (chairman of the Auckland Transport Board), says: “It would he advantageous if the discussions could be broadened to include representatives of other New Zealand bodies. The Government’s problem is difficult, but there is obviously goodwill on both sides, and what is wanted is a provisional agreement to bridge the period before the promised legislation can bo enacted.”
