FRONTIER BOMBING , DEFENDED BY VICEROY. DELHI, August 30. (Received August 31, at 11 a.m.) A crowded Assembly heard the Viceroy’s denial that the frontier bombing had in any way infringed the canons of humanity. Lord Wellingdon said that air action of this sort, had often occurred in the past twelve years without comment. On the present occasion nobody was killed, and one man was injured.
