SIR JOHN SIMON Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, August 29. Sir John and Lady Simon arrived at Southampton from South America this afternoon. The Foreign Secretary will remain in Loudon for about a week, and will probably proceed to Scotland after attending a Cabinet meeting which is to be hold on Tuesday. Ho stated that he had. enjoyed a splendid trip to a splendid country, and was feeling extremely well after the rest and change.
