NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN COMMENT BY MR FORBES Presa Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SAN FRANCISCO, August 28. The hope that the national recovery administration of the United States “ may point the way for world-wide i'cstoration of business ” was expressed on Monday by Mr G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister of New Zealand, who is en route home. Ho will sail by the Makura on Wednesday. Mr Forbes also said: “ Tho entire world is anxiously watching for results. Never before in the history of the world has such an experiment been made.”
