Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the non-insertion through accident or from other causes j and the Proprietor* reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary, communications should be addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Manager.
