RUGBY, June 7,

The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald), in opening the AngloPalestino Exhibition in London, paid a tribute to the great services which tho Jewish people had rendered to progress in science, art, and politics, and civilisation generally. Recalling his experiences during his visit to Palestine, he referred to the remarkable efforts of all classes in building a national home for tho Jewish people, and agreed with Lord Reading, who presided, that the future of the people of Palestine depended on a loyal understanding and co-operation between the Jews and the Arabs.
