The ‘ Daily Mail’s ’ Berlin correspondent says that for the first time since the establishment of the German Republic a prince lias been given high State office. Prince Philip of Hesse, whoso mother is the cx-Kaiscr’s youngest sister, made a State entry into Cessel as Governor of the Province of Hesse, over which his ancestors ruled. Crowds cheered when Captain Gooring inducted him into office, Prince Philip declaring himself an enthusiastic Nazi supporter. >
