ERNEST DRAKE RECITAL

Dunedin music lovers will welcome the announcement of the recital to be given by Mi' Ernest Drake’s pupils in the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Tuesday next. During the past year Mr Drake’s students have been working hard, and excellent results have been achieved. Those who have heard previous recitals have only pleasant memories of the high standard attained, and this year’s effort promises to eclipse all others. A special feature of the recital will be the singing of Christmas carols by the' student choir, and this, in conjunction with the work of the soloists, should prove a very interesting evening’s entertainment. The proceeds are to he devoted to the Rev. Bryan King’s Christmas Cheer Fund.
