THE STRIKE SUGGESTION Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VANCOUVER, November 7. A message from Edmonton says that the suggestion of a farmer’s strike throughout the nation, as made at Ramsey, is significant of the situation in western agriculture at the present time, and the condition of mind that is developing in consequence. The Premier of Manitoba (Mr John Brownlee) stated to-day that there is sufficient in the situation to cause the best minds in Canada to study what can be done without resorting to such extreme measures.
