POLAND'S ATTITUDE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright! WARSAW, October 23. (Received October 24, at 10.15 a.m.)' M. Zalewski (Foreign Minister),after discussions with M. Herriot, announced that France completely agreed to Poland’s attitude towards the proposed Four-Power Conference—namely,; Poland’s approval of the conference conditional on participation, because changes in the Versailles Treaty were impossible without Poland’s consent as a signatory. M. Zalewski added that Poland was shortly commencing negotiations with Danzig to settle the differences existing. _
