CENTRAL MISSION.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Elsewhere in this edition you have kindly published the annual report of the social service department of the Dunedin Methodist Central Mission. „ We feel we cannot allow the report to go to the public without recording and expressing the gratitude of every official of the mission, and indeed of the church throughout the dominion, to you as editor for publishing reports of our work and expressing appreciation of its value to the community. We desire also to recognise our great indebtedness to very many business men, citizens, companies, and organisations for their unfailing co-operation by giving donations in money and kind, without which our social service deSnrtment could not have operated.— 'or and on behalf of the Central Mission, L. B. Neale . (Superintendent), H. H. Johnson (Secretary and Treasurer), Hazel Hamilton Lena Button (Deaconesses). October 12.
