“ Wager.”—The Timaru to Christchurch road cycle race in 1922 was won by _ N. Mackie (Ashburton), who had a handicap of 40min. His time was 6h 22mm Msec. Fastest time was secured by P. O’Shea, who was off scratch. His time was 5h 54mm 23sec.
