THE GEHEVA MEETING DISCUSSIONS POSTPONED fmi AmoeiatioB —By Telegraph— Copyright. GENEVA, September 23. It is announced that Germany has decided not to offer a written reply to Mr Henderson’s appeal. Baron Von Neurath, as head of a large delegation, haa arrived for the Assembly, and he will personally explain the reasons for Germany’s action. The disarmament discussions have, therefore, been adjourned till Monday. SIR JOHN SIMON BUSY (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 23. Paul Boncour and afterwards with the German Foreign Minister (Baron Von Neurath).
