ORCHESTRAL SOCIETY’S CONCERT

The above society will render the second concert of the forty-fifth season at the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Saturday next, under the conductorship of Mr Alfred Wahnsley. The orchestral numbers include the overtures ‘ Don .Giovanni ’ (Mozart) and ‘ Der Freischutz ’ (Weber); fantasia, ‘Da Bohenie ’ (Puccini) ; trio, ‘ The Two Butterflies ’ (Kronke), piano and two flutes; symphony, ‘ Jupiter ’ (Mozart) —the complete work by special request; 'Kaiser March ’ (Warner) and Teulels March ’ (Suppe). The assisting soloists are Miss Freda Elmos, Mis.s Phyllis Clare, and Mr It. Duorden. Mrs B. R. Nces, Messrs H. M. Necs. and F. Bell will play a trio for two flutes and piano. The box plan is at The Bristol.
