A man named Hide was driving bis car Recently near Bodenfelde in Germany, when a crow flew into his windscreen. The bird and the fragments of the glass were so suddenly dashed into the face of the driver that he lost control of the car, which fell into a ravine.
Economists have been telling ns that prosperity was just around the corner, but when wo got there it was only taxes.
