KAIKORAI BAND SUNDAY CONCERT

The Kaikorai Band will introduce to the public its third concert oj' the season on Sunday night next. The standard attained by this popular band at its two previous concerts this year should undoubtedly attract still another packed house. The band’s presentations are to include the popular overture ‘lf 1 Wore King,’ ‘Jesu, Lover of My Soul,’ ‘Oh, Liston to the Band’ (from ‘The Bunaway Girl’), and three novelty numbers. All the latter selections will be played with full effects, and these will keep one of the hand’s popular drummers (Mr E. J. Andrews) very busy. Of added interest will be the inclusion of -a bass solo by Mr W. P. Goughian, whose fame on the contest field has earned for him a vast number of medals. The supporting artists include Mr Maitland M'Cutchcon. Miss Mae Matheson, Miss Tui Northey, and Mr Geo. Crawford, all popular Dunedin artisls.
