KAIKORAI BAND

HIS MAJESTY’S NEXT SUNDAY. The popularity of the above band was once more emphasised two weeks ago when it presented its first winter concert at His Majesty’s Theatre. The large hall was packed, and the band’s playing was right up to contest standard. Nest Sunday another concert is to be presented. The theatre is to be specially heated for the occasion; therefore, even if the weather is not fine, those who attend will be quite comfortable. The band is well over full strength, and its. new uniforms give a spectacular polishing touch to the musicians’ efforts. Figuring on the programme will bo numerous popular items, in addition to a new arrangement of Mozart’s ‘ Marriage of Figaro.’ The supporting artists will be of a standard consistent with the band’s playing.
