LEAGUE OF NATION LOANS
QUESTION OF RESPONSIBILITY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, June 13. (Received Juno 14, at 12.15 p.m.) The Bank of England has appointed a committee, including Sir Austen Chamberlain, Viscount Goschen, Sir Otto Niemcyer, and Sir Arthur Salter, which will bo available in the case of need to protect the interest of bondholders of the League of Nations loans. The appointment of the committee is regarded as recognition of moral, though not legal, responsibility.
