Rikan Konishi, after a struggle for a whole day, reached the rim of the volcano Kilauea with tho bodies of Sylvester Nunes and Margaret Enos, which had lain in the volcano since June 2, when Nunes, who had been spurned in love, shot Margaret and leaped into the volcano with the body. Konishi recovered the bodies by descending in a wooden cage which was suspended by a cable.
