NOMINATIONS CLOSED
THE VICTORIAN ELECTIONS PARTY LEADERS RETURNED UNOPPOSED, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, April 30. (Received April 30, at 10 a.m.) Nominations have closed for the elections on May 14. Twenty candidates have been returned unopposed, including all the party leaders. Of these, ten belong to the United Australia Party, six to the United Country Party, and four, including the Premier (Mr Hogan) to the Labour Party. There are 112 candidates for the remaining forty-five seats.
