THE WINTER CMP Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, April 8. (Received April 9, at 12.5 p.m.) A winter wheat crop of 458,000,000 bushels, 42 per cent, below the bumper crop of 787,000,000 bushels in 1931, is forecast to-day by the Agricultural Department on a basis of April 1 conditions.
